**Job Title: Canva Designer**

**Role Overview**:
**Core Responsibilities**:
**Canva-Centric Design** **Execution**
- Create visually compelling assets—posters, carousels, thumbnails, infographics, social reels, short-form videos—exclusively using Canva.
- Leverage Canva AI tools for text-to-image, design suggestions, background removal, resizing, and bulk content creation.
- Modify and optimize Canva templates, ensuring originality, quality, and campaign alignment.

**Template Management and Systemization**
- Develop and manage a library of reusable Canva templates for high-volume campaign needs.
- Maintain brand guidelines (fonts, colors, layouts, logos, and watermarks) within Canva’s Brand Kit.
- Ensure seamless adaptation of templates across different campaign content series.

**Graphic and Video Integration**
- Design short video edits using Canva’s video suite.
- Optimize visuals for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other dynamic platforms.
- Create animated text, transitions, and layered visuals within Canva.

**Cross-Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with copywriters, video editors, social media managers, and meme creators to align Canva-based designs with campaign goals.
- Participate in daily campaign briefs and translate ideas into fast, platform-ready visuals.
- Incorporate performance feedback to refine and scale Canva outputs.

**Political & Cultural Alignment**
- Adapt templates and graphics to reflect Tamil cultural aesthetics, local political tone, and audience sensitivities.
- Deliver rapid-response Canva creatives for trending issues, events, or developments.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.

Equivalent experience in digital design accepted.

**Experience**
- 1-4 years of proven experience as a Canva specialist or digital designer in campaigns, branding agencies, or fast-paced media teams.
- Prior experience designing for Tamil-speaking audiences or political/social campaigns preferred.

**Technical Proficiency**
- Mastery of Canva—graphics, templates, AI tools, and video editing.
- Proficiency in managing Canva Pro Brand Kit and collaboration features.
- Knowledge of Tamil text integration and bilingual layouts.
- Familiarity with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus, but Canva expertise is mandatory.

**Creative and Soft Skills**
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, and layout precision.
- Ability to think quickly and adapt templates under high-pressure deadlines.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and feedback-integration skills.
- Work Environment and Expectations
- Willing to work extended hours and weekends during peak campaign phases.
- Must maintain confidentiality on sensitive political and campaign content.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven political campaign environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
