1. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our real estate team for a plotting project in **Solapur**.

3. Work on campaign leads provided by the **marketing campaigns**

4. Convert inquiries into **site visits** and ensure a high conversion rate.

5. Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.

6. Conduct **site visits and property presentations** to potential buyers.

7. Build and maintain strong **client relationships** for referrals and repeat business.

8. Meet or exceed **monthly and quarterly sales targets**.

9. Negotiate and close deals efficiently.

10. Follow up with potential clients regularly.

11. Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions.

12. Provide daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
