Overview:
Titan, a leading jewellery brand, is seeking a talented and creative Display Stylist to join our Marketing team at Zoya in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The Display Stylist will be responsible for creating visually appealing and attractive displays for our jewellery products in our retail stores. This role requires a keen eye for design, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and create visually appealing displays for our jewellery products in retail stores
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop display concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns
- Source and select props, materials, and lighting to enhance the display
- Ensure all displays are set up and maintained according to company standards
- Regularly update displays to showcase new products and promotions
- Monitor and track display performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize sales
- Train and guide store staff on how to maintain displays and ensure consistency across all stores
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into display designs
- Manage inventory of display materials and ensure timely replenishment
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols while setting up displays

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in visual merchandising or display styling, preferably in the jewellery or luxury retail industry
- Strong understanding of design principles and visual merchandising techniques
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, as needed
- Knowledge of jewellery and fashion trends is a plus

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Display Stylist or similar role in the jewellery industry.
