Objective: Monitor online mentions of the brand across social media, forums, blogs, and other digital platforms.

- Manage reviews on platforms like Google, Instagram, Facebook, etc., to maintain positive brand perception.
- Monthly reports on brand sentiment analysis.
- Address negative comments, reviews, or mentions promptly and effectively.
- Develop and implement response strategies for negative feedback.
- Coordinate with PR and customer service teams for sensitive issues.
- Reduction in negative sentiment ratio over a specified period.
- Respond to reviews (positive and negative) with appropriate messaging
- Encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews
- Achieve an average star rating of 4.5+ across key review platforms.
- 20% increase in positive reviews quarter-over-quarter.
- Engage with customers and followers on social media platforms.
- Develop and refine ORM strategies to align with business goals.
- Regularly review and adjust ORM strategies based on analytics.
- Present monthly ORM performance reports to stakeholders.
- Replying to DM of Instagram and Facebook.
- Enquiry forward to Sales / Influencer.

**Maximum Salary - 27k-28k inhand**
