**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and present continental dishes with precision, consistency, and quality.
- Design and update the continental section of the menu in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
- Maintain inventory and ensure proper stock rotation of ingredients.
- Monitor kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in the continental section.
- Ensure timely preparation of dishes during busy meal periods.
- Innovate with new recipes and plating techniques that align with the resort’s music-themed ambiance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in continental cuisine in a hotel/resort or fine dining setup.
- Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institute preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of sauces, grills, pastas, salads, and international cooking techniques.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Team player with a passion for food presentation and quality.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
