Job Description for Account Executive:

- Handling day-to-day accounting
- Experience in Zoho books, TDS
- Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments
- Handling all banking related works
- Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and

keeping track of them
- Handling and filling GST is one of the key responsibility that should be included in

account executive job description
- Preparing profit and loss statements
- Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of

fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities
- Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws
- Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or its equivalent
- Proficient in managing accounting software

Key Skills: Must have Experience in Zoho books, GST, TDS, Invoice, Tally, ERP

Total Experience: 1 to 3 years

Must have relevant experience in Zoho - 6months to 2 years, GST- 1 to 2 years, TDS- 1 to

2 Years, Invoice
- 1 to 2 years

Budget
- 25k Take home and Based on interview performance salary will fix (No ESI and

PF)
