**Job Summary**:
Manage our retail store's IT infrastructure. This role involves overseeing network systems, security devices, internet connectivity, IT assets, and ensuring smooth hardware and software operations.

**Responsibilities**:
**- Network Management**:

- Setup, configure, and maintain network systems.
- Manage routers, switches, and ensure reliable connectivity.
- Troubleshoot network issues and resolve internet connectivity problems.

**- Security Device Management**:

- Maintain firewalls and ensure network security.

**- Internet Connectivity**:

- Setup new internet connections and resolve connectivity issues.
- Manage SIM card orders and maintain cellular connectivity.

**- IT Asset Management**:

- Inventory and manage hardware and software assets.
- Track and document all IT assets accurately.

**- Hardware and Software Management**:

- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Manage ERP system errors and updates.

**- Server Management**:

- Install, configure, and maintain servers for performance and security.

**- Data Backup and Recovery**:

- Implement backup solutions and disaster recovery plans.
- Conduct regular testing for data integrity.

**- IT Infrastructure Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

**- Vendor Management**:

- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
