**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Teaching**: Teach Tally and Excel courses to students, including theoretical and practical sessions.

**2. Mentoring**: Mentor students in academic and research projects, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

**3. Assessment and Evaluation**: Develop and administer assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.

**4. Departmental Responsibilities**: Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and events, contributing to the growth and development of the department.

**Requirements**:
**1. Qualifications**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

**2. Teaching Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in Tally and Excel.

**3. Industry Experience**: Relevant industry experience in accounting, finance, or related areas.

**4. Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

**Nice to Have**:
**1. Certifications**: Relevant certifications, such as Tally Certification or Microsoft Office Certification.
