Production Injection-qms

Sterile vial (Dry Powder Injection) and ampoule (SVP) WHO.
- Meeting the production targets through effective supervision and control of day to day production activity.
- Developing and implementing SOPs and maintaining logbooks and all other documents as per cGMP.
- Preparation of BPR (Batch packing Record) as per SOPs or line logs etc.
- Generate packaging material requisition,FG transfer and MRN of batches.
- Assessment and verification of packaging machines correct functioning through challenge test
- Prepare and maintained area for line clearance activity.
- Provide schedule and non schedule training to employees.
- Managed workmen for achieving daily production targets.
- Qualifying visual inspector on manual and semiautomatic inspection process.
- Handling of software, (SCM) supply chain management system to streamline production Process.
- Follow standard operating procedure, work instruction for production operation.
- Performing In-Process checks to asses compliance with quality standard.
- Participate in periodic qualification activity of machines.
- Support machine operators in setup and operation of production equipment resulting in efficient
- Sound knowledge of various QMS tools (CCP,TCCP,DEVATION,5-WHY ANALYSIS,6M
- TOOLS,**CAPA**,ROOT CAUSE,PROBLE CAUSE etc.
- Sound knowledge of Knapp methodology for qualify automated inspection process.
- Sound knowledge of AQL sampling procedure using ANSI/ASQ Z1

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
