We are looking for a passionate **MERN Stack Trainer** to join our team and mentor students to build strong careers in web development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **offline** training sessions on **MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js**.
- Develop and update **training materials, projects, and assessments**.
- Guide students through **hands-on coding exercises and real-world projects**.
- Assist students with **debugging, best practices, and industry standards**.
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Conduct **doubt-clearing sessions, mock interviews, and coding challenges**.
- Provide personalized feedback and mentorship to help students succeed in job placements.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance training content.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **2+ years** of experience in **MERN Stack development**.
- Strong knowledge of **JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB**.
- Experience with **REST APIs, Git, and cloud deployment (AWS, Firebase, etc.)**.
- Familiarity with **Redux, Hooks, WebSockets, and testing frameworks** (Jest, Mocha).
- Prior experience in **training, mentoring, or teaching** is a **plus**.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and shaping careers in IT.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **corporate training or EdTech** is a plus.
- Knowledge of **DevOps, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines** is beneficial.
- Understanding of **Agile methodology and best coding practices**.
