The KG teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young learners. The role involves developing foundational skills in language, numeracy, and social development through interactive and play-based learning.

**Key Responsibilities:Classroom Teaching & Learning**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for KG-A and KG-B students.
- Introduce basic concepts of literacy (alphabets, phonics, storytelling) and numeracy (numbers, shapes, counting).
- Use interactive teaching methods, including storytelling, music, art, and hands-on activities.
- Foster social and emotional development through group activities and discussions.
- Encourage creativity and curiosity through structured play and exploration.

**Classroom Management & Student Development**:

- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Promote positive behavior through encouragement and discipline strategies.
- Observe and assess students' progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Identify students' individual learning needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

**Parental Engagement & Communication**:

- Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress.
- Provide learning resources and activities for parents to support learning at home.
- Communicate any behavioral or developmental concerns with parents.

**Administrative & Professional Development**:

- Maintain student records, attendance, and assessment reports.
- Participate in school events, workshops, and teacher training programs.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff for curriculum planning and school activities.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
**Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, B.Ed., or Diploma in Montessori/Pre-Primary Teaching.
**Experience**: 1-3 years of teaching experience in Kindergarten or Pre-Primary levels (Freshers with passion for teaching may apply).
**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of educational technology (Smart Class, Digital Tools).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
