Logistics Coordinator

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Develop a shipper sales funnel by generating leads and attract potential prospects.
- To ensure the highest quality service for accounts and their shipping lanes, identify and pick trustworthy and safe carriers.
- Provide shipment estimates to customers.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of carriers.
- To manage planned collections and drop-offs, collaborate with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers.
- Keep clients and carriers informed about transit schedules, appointment times, and the present position of trucks in transit. Check to see if delivery were made on time.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about freight carrier services in order to be successful in acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
- Work both independently and as part of a team.

**Skills**:

- **1+ years of experience as a freight broker in a United States-based logistics firm**:

- TRUCK STOP and POWER DAT knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Negotiation skills that are second to none.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to adapt and manage different tasks while working independently is a must.
- Excellent problem-solving and cognitive abilities
- Able to resolve consumer issues or complaints
- Must be fluent in English
- Able to listen to and comprehend information and ideas conveyed via spoken words and sentences.
- Able to focus on minute details in a high-stress situation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:
