**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Bid Management**: Assist in the preparation, coordination, and submission of bids and proposals, ensuring all requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- **RFP/RFQ Review**: Analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotations (RFQs) to understand client requirements and ensure alignment with company capabilities.
- **Proposal Development**: Support in the creation of compelling proposals, including the preparation of technical and financial documents.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, finance, and project management, to gather necessary information and ensure proposal accuracy.
- **Document Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of all bid documentation, including pricing, terms and conditions, and other supporting materials.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends, ensuring our proposals are competitive.
- **Bid Tracking**: Maintain a comprehensive database of all submitted bids, including timelines, feedback, and outcomes, to track win/loss ratios and improve future submissions.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all proposals comply with internal processes and client specifications, including legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
- **Presentation Support**: Assist in the preparation of presentations and meetings related to bid submissions.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Contribute to the development and improvement of bid processes, templates, and tools to enhance the efficiency and quality of future proposals.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the bid process and proposal development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with bid management software or CRM tools.
- Familiarity with government and corporate procurement processes.
- Experience in preparing bids
- Knowledge of contract terms, legal language, and pricing strategies.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
