**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others, to create engaging content, grow followers, and foster community engagement.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across various channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, to reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic through effective SEO techniques.
- Analyze digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and incorporate innovative strategies into marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
- Monitor and manage online reputation by responding to customer reviews and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Social Media Marketing (SMM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Paid Marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, advertising platforms, and search engine algorithms.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
