**Job Summary**:
The Female Hostel Warden will be responsible for maintaining discipline, security, and smooth functioning of the girls’ hostel. She will ensure a safe, comfortable, and hygienic living environment for the students, while fostering a culture of respect, care, and well-being within the hostel premises.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the girls’ hostel, including accommodation arrangements and maintenance.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and welfare of all hostel residents.
- Maintain proper records of hostel attendance, visitors, and students’ movements.
- Handle students’ issues, grievances, and emergencies with empathy and firmness.
- Coordinate with administration, security, housekeeping, and maintenance staff for hostel requirements.
- Conduct regular checks for cleanliness, hygiene, and facilities in rooms and common areas.
- Implement and monitor hostel rules and regulations as per institutional policies.
- Take regular rounds during day and night to ensure safety and discipline.
- Maintain communication with parents/guardians when necessary regarding students’ well-being.
- Assist in organizing hostel activities, orientations, and welfare programs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Management, Psychology, or Social Work).
- Prior experience (2-5 years) as a Hostel Warden or in student management preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and empathy.
- Ability to handle emergencies and manage young students effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining hostel records.
