**Job Summary**
**Security**:
Responsible for the security of the man, material and machines of the plant.

Responsible for the restriction of unauthorized persons in the factory premises.
Responsible for the proper checking of all the direct/Indirect employees of the company who enter the plant for duty and who go out of the plant after completing their duty.
Responsible for controlling the movement of all the direct/indirect employees in the plant.
Responsible for not allowing any flammable or highly volatile liquid or material inside the plant.
Regularly check and sign the Log Book of Security Department daily and report any abnormality to the management.
Responsible for General Housekeeping of the plant.

**Checking**:
Responsible for organizing surprise checking of incoming employees to ensure that Gutka, Beedis and Matchbox are not carried inside the plant.
Carrying out checking of those employees who have resigned and are leaving the company to ensure that they are not carrying with them any process, map, material etc. which they can leak out to other or can pass on to our competitors and report to Head of Department about it.
Taking rounds and report about idle or over sitting employees to Head of Departments in writing every day.

**Safety**:
Reporting unsafe condition of working immediately brought to the knowledge of the management and unsafe working if required is stopped immediately.
Responsible for getting all your staff trained in First
- Aid & firefighting.
Ensuring that a Security Guard is alret onb Gate who will be trained to collect information about all the above aspects.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
**Documentation**:
Responsible for the proper documentation and proper upkeep of various records/Gate Pass pertaining to material coming in the plant.
Responsible for proper documentation of all the employees outdoor slips and its entries in the register kept at security and for handing over the same to HR department.
Keeping proper record of returnable items.
Responsible for making list of authorized contractors & ensure that their Job order / Purchase order / Agreements are available at security office and if any irregularity is found inform to Head of Department in writing.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Ex. Army / Navy / Air Force / Paramilitary Force. Ex. Subedar / Nayab Subedar**:

- **Having 5 Years & Above experience in Manufacturing Industry.**

Age around 40-50 yrs. Mid-senior profile as team leading position. Experienced in handling Team. Looking after the Security Screening, Basic Training. Should be Bold, Responsible and capable to command.
Ability to handle non-co-operative people. Over all area-in-charge responsibility.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
