**Job description**
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and address inquiries in a polite and professional manner
- Handle all incoming payments and provide receipts
- Maintain accurate client records and filing systems
- Manage and update appointment calendar
- Answer client questions and provide general information about services
- Update and maintain client records
- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors in any discipline
- Previous experience in customer service
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
**Benefits**:

- Morning shift

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
