**Responsibilities**:

- Design and layout various print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, magazines, and advertisements.
- Work closely with clients or team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Use desktop publishing software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress) to create visually appealing and professional-looking documents.
- Arrange text, images, and other elements to create balanced and aesthetically pleasing layouts.
- Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and branding across all materials.
- Prepare files for printing or digital distribution, including checking for errors and optimizing for the intended output format.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a desktop publisher or similar role.
- Proficiency in desktop publishing software such as Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong design skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Knowledge of printing processes and digital file formats.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field (preferred).
