Detailed Job Description:
1. Identifying and documenting the impact from system perspective

2. Analyzing issues raised by External Stakeholders including Taxpayers, CA, Tax Officers, etc.

3. Tracking, coordinating and resolving the issues in discussions and coordination with Internal Stakeholders including Business Analysts, Helpdesk team, technical team, testing team and tax officers

4. Testing the services developed or defects fixed by technical team

5. Interacting with Income Tax officers on daily basis for discussion clarification regarding any notification/order/circular issued & other matters.

6. Participating in executing work within a group by assisting, by delivering work effectively and teaming with tax professionals

7. Conduct the engagements in professional manner and in accordance with client expectations and as defined by terms and conditions.

8. Exhibit positive attitude and demonstrate willingness to learn.

9. Provide timely and high-quality services and work products that meets client expectations

11. Wherever applicable, thoroughly check documents and make available for future use.

Minimum years of experience*: 2 to 3 years of experience post qualification experience in CA firm or IT company as Business Analyst.

Certifications Needed: IPCC marksheet or equivalent marksheet / Latest relieving letter

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Understanding the regular changes under the Income-tax Act

2. Acquire and demonstrate competence in technical knowledge and compliance process and keep self-up to date with the changes.

3. Supporting & handling administrative responsibilities allocated

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
