We are looking for a welcoming and pleasant front desk executive to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.

Below are the roles and responsibilities;
- Welcoming and greeting visitors at the front desk
- Assist and direct visitors who enter the campus
- Answering the phone, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective offices/persons
- Organising and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Answering questions with relevant information and addressing complaints

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
