Immigration Officer: Visa Process

Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Curriculum Development: Create training materials, presentations, and resources, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with current visa regulations and policies.
Trainee Assessment: Evaluate trainees' understanding and progress through assessments, quizzes, and mock visa filing exercises.
Stay Informed: Keep abreast of changes in visa policies, procedures, and regulations in various countries and update training materials accordingly.
Compliance: Ensure that all training materials and practices comply with relevant legal and ethical standards.
Record Keeping: Maintain records of trainee progress, attendance, and performance to track individual and group achievements.
Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from trainees and make continuous improvements to training programs to enhance their effectiveness.
Stay Current: Continuously improve your own knowledge of visa filing processes and regulations to provide the most accurate and up-to-date training.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
Strong knowledge of visa regulations, documentation requirements, and interview preparation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Patience and the ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to changing visa requirements and policies.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for training purposes.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 48 per week
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
