**Job Description: Clinic Staff Nurse**

**Location**:Hiranandani Estate, Thane West**
**Hospital**:SHATABHISHA MULTISPECIALITY CLINIC**
**Experience - 2-3 years**
**Education Requirement**: A**NM/GNM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife / General Nurse Midwife)**

**Shift Time
- 9am to 5am/ 1pm to 9pm in rotation.**

**Salary -18k to 20k**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per the clinic's standards and protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
- Assist doctors and medical staff with examinations and medical procedures.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors.
- Manage patient records and document all medical treatments and procedures.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to medical emergencies within the clinic.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with the clinic’s medical team to provide comprehensive care to all patients.
- Assist with patient admission, discharge, and follow-up care procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and hospital policies.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Must possess a valid **ANM or GNM** certification from a recognized nursing school.
- At least **2-3 years of experience** in nursing, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and healthcare best practices.
- Ability to handle medical equipment and instruments effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems for patient record management.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
