Ensure monthly financial close activities are completed on a timely basis.
- Financial analysis / reviews to assure integrity and quality of financial information and ensure that Payroll accounting and operations are complied with the Agilent-s Accounting and Finance Manual and SOX Controls.
- Lead various enterprise wide and process related improvement projects.
- Advise and provide solutions to improve the current systems and process.
- Hands on person who can handle work pressures, and lead by example.
- Understand priorities and adopt a customer centric approach within the overall team charter.
- Coordinating with cross functions and cross-countries.
- Facilitate strong relationship with business partners especially HR team, Business Finance team through effective communication and regular interaction.
- Enable and provide guidance, direction and support to team members to help them develop themselves and meet their goals.
- Build strong relationship with business partners especially HR team, Business Finance team through effective communication and regular interaction.
- Should be a good team player.

**Qualifications**:

- Semi-Qualified C.A. or Master Degree in Accounting - Finance.
- 2-3 years of experience.
- Excellent command over accounting principles.
- Good working knowledge on Excel.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
