Onboard influencers into the Graps Marketing creator network by understanding their content, niche, and performance metrics.
- Act as the primary liaison between influencers and the internal team for campaigns, collaborations, and updates.
- Match influencers with brand campaigns that suit their content style, audience, and platform performance.
- Guide creators on brand deliverables, deadlines, and content formats; ensure brand guidelines are followed.
- Track performance of creators across campaigns — content delivery, reach, engagement, and feedback.
- Maintain a talent tracker with details like platform data, pricing, availability, niche, and past performance.
- Support influencers with content strategy advice based on campaign objectives and audience engagement.
- Build long-term relationships with top-performing creators to retain and grow their association with Graps.
- Assist in conflict resolution, feedback loops, and improving overall creator experience with our company.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹1,500.00 - ₹2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
