Loss Recovery Executive

**Job Summary**:
We are hiring **Loss Recovery Executives** who can follow up with customers who have not paid their two-wheeler loan installments. The person should be confident in talking to customers, good in handling field work, and must have experience in recovery work in finance companies.
**Main Duties**:
- Talk to customers who have not paid EMIs through phone calls and visits.
- Go to the customer’s address for recovery if needed.
- Convince customers to pay their pending loan amount.
- Keep proper records of daily recovery work and report to the team leader.
- Work with legal or field recovery agents when required.
- Make sure all recovery work is done as per company rules.
- Must be ready to travel to different areas for field recovery.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum **2 to 3 years** of experience in recovery work in a **finance or NBFC company**.
- **Communication Skills**: Should be good at talking to customers (Hindi and local language preferred).
- **Leadership**: Should be confident and able to handle tough situations.
- **Convincing Power**: Must be able to convince customers to repay the loan.
- **Travel**: Must be ready to travel for field visits.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
