**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Attend to existing clients in person, online, and via IVR, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and sales offers tailored to client requirements.
- Engage with existing wedding and corporate clients, making product selections and presentations under guidance from the team.
- Generate new wedding and corporate clients by meeting with potential customers and making weekly calls to corporates, hotels, interior decorators, and wedding planners.
- Work on establishing brand tie-ups to enhance our market presence.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the silver manufacturing and gifting industries, as well as the products and services we offer.
- Consolidate weekly reports for IVR calls and track conversions through offline non-retail sales generated from our website.
- Generate leads through cold calling and customer outreach on social media platforms.
- Procure wedding and corporate B2B orders and ensure proactive follow-up.
- Assist with the display and presentation of products in the retail store and back-end, ensuring a visually appealing and organized environment.
- Contribute to finding innovative ways to increase both B2B and B2C sales.
- Conduct offline and online promotional activities to increase sales.

**Required Experience**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales, client engagement, and marketing, preferably in the retail or gifting industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a keen ability to engage with clients and close deals.
- Working knowledge of computers and familiarity with sales software or CRM systems.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creativity and initiative in developing sales strategies and building client relationships.
