**Job Title**: Hospitality Staff

**Department**: Food & Beverage / Front of House / Events
**Reports to**: Restaurant Manager / Hospitality Supervisor / Event Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Hospitality Staff member is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism in all areas of the establishment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tables, and service stations.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle cash and process payments when required.
- Assist in setup and breakdown for events, meetings, or special functions.
- Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and uniform requirements.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or service training preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or event service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs (11 kg).

**Work Environment**:

- Fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
- Interaction with guests, team members, and management on a daily basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
