Welcoming patients upon arrival, verifying their information, and directing them to the appropriate area.
- Managing patient appointments, including booking, confirming, and reminding patients of upcoming visits.
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the relevant medical staff.
- Collecting and updating patient demographics and insurance information.
- Accepting payments from patients for services rendered.
- Completing paperwork, managing appointment calendars, and maintaining the reception area cleanliness.
- Answering basic medical questions, providing directions, and assisting patients with forms.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
