As a House Help (Nanny/Home Care Aide), you will be responsible for:

- **Childcare & Babysitting**:

- Providing attentive care for a young child, including feeding, bathing, and engaging in playtime and learning activities.
- Supervising the child during activities, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.
- Assisting with the child’s developmental milestones, helping with daily routines, and maintaining records of the child’s progress.
- **Home Care Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, tidying up the child’s play area, and organizing household items.
- Helping with meal preparation, maintaining hygiene, and managing grocery supplies.
- Supporting basic errands and appointments, if necessary, with a focus on family convenience and support.
- **General Support**:

- Creating a positive, nurturing environment that fosters a sense of security for the child and family members.
- Effectively communicating with the family about the child’s daily activities, health, and emotional well-being.
- Respecting the family’s privacy, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding trust and reliability in all tasks.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Educational Requirement**: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Nursing, Education, Psychology, or Social Work).
- Prior experience as a babysitter, nanny, or home care aide is highly preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility, with a natural aptitude for caring for young children.
- Patient, compassionate, and attentive, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing household routines.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

**Experience**:

- Housekeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- Childcare: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
