**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Market Research and Analysis**:Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
Analyze data to gain insights into consumer behavior and market dynamics.

**Marketing Strategy**:Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our products/services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing plans.

**Content Development**:Create and edit marketing content such as blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
Ensure that all content aligns with the brand's messaging and objectives.

Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives.

**Customer Engagement**:Engage with customers through various channels, gather feedback, and address inquiries.
Assist in the development of customer loyalty and retention programs.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:Compile and present marketing performance reports, including key metrics and ROI analysis.
Use data to make data-driven recommendations for marketing improvements.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Recent MBA graduate with a specialization in Marketing.
- Strong academic background with a passion for marketing and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and marketing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
