**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Conduct cost analysis and recommend cost efficiency improvements.
- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results and initiating corrective actions.
- Support strategic planning, capital investment decisions, and risk management.
- Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with accounting regulations and internal policies.
- Perform financial modeling and scenario planning to support executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.
- Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and accounting systems.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS (if applicable), and company policies.
- **Qualifications**:

- **Certified Management Accountant (CMA)** certification is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or management accounting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
