We are on the lookout for a creative, technically skilled Motion Graphic Designer cum Video Editor with a minimum of 2 years of experience. This role demands a solid foundation in graphic design principles, motion storytelling, and the ability to conceptualize ideas through sketch boards and storyboards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and on-trend video content and motion graphics for reels, ads, promos, and campaigns
- Develop storyboards, sketch boards, and style frames to plan visuals before execution
- Blend 2D and 3D elements to create compelling motion sequences
- Work with 3D camera movements to enhance storytelling and depth
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to bring ideas to life
- Adapt and optimize content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all deliverables

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of professional experience in motion graphics and video editing
- Strong understanding of the principles of graphic design (composition, color theory, typography, etc.)
- Skilled in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Familiarity with 3D tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, or Element 3D
- Strong ability to sketch and storyboard ideas
- Proficient in using and animating 3D camera angles, tracking, and transitions
- Experience in designing and implementing SFX and sound design
- Good visual storytelling and editing sense, particularly for short-form content
- Updated with the latest social media trends and reel formats
- Ability to actively brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for each project

- Experience in brand films or product launch videos
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
