**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle.
- Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed, feed, etc.).
- Feed raw materials or parts to semi-automated machines.
- Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.
- Test the operation of machines periodically to ensure smooth functioning.
- Fix issues that might occur during the shift.
- Maintain activity logs and update production records.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Report to supervisors or maintenance staff as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role.
- Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools.
- Understanding of production procedures.
- Adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Forklift certification (if applicable).
- Experience with CNC machines or other specialized equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,874.20 per month
