Ui/ux Trainer

**Job Summary**

The UI/UX Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs focused on User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design principles, tools, and best practices. The role involves educating students, employees, or clients about the importance of user-centered design, helping them understand UI/UX concepts, and guiding them in developing hands-on skills to create user-friendly digital products. The trainer will also stay up-to-date with the latest trends in UI/UX design to ensure the training content remains relevant and cutting-edge.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **UI/UX Training Delivery**:

- Design, prepare, and deliver training sessions and workshops on UI/UX design.
- Create lesson plans, training materials, and hands-on exercises that enhance learning outcomes.
- Conduct both online and in-person training, ensuring a high level of interaction and engagement with participants.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop a structured training curriculum based on industry best practices and trends.
- Update and improve the curriculum regularly to reflect changes in UI/UX design tools, methodologies, and industry standards.
- Ensure that the training program is tailored to the needs of the target audience (beginners, intermediate, or advanced learners).
- **Hands-on Training and Practical Exercises**:

- Guide learners in using industry-standard tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or others.
- Provide feedback on students' design work and offer constructive criticism to help improve their skills.
- **Student Support and Guidance**:

- Offer one-on-one support and mentorship to students during their learning journey.
- Help learners build portfolios by guiding them through UI/UX design projects.
- Monitor progress, evaluate learning outcomes, and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- **Stay Updated with Industry Trends**:

- Continuously research new UI/UX tools, trends, and methodologies.
- Attend industry events, webinars, or conferences to ensure the training material remains relevant.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and exams.
- Assess learners' understanding of UI/UX principles, tools, and techniques.
- Provide performance reports and suggest areas of improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. Certifications in UI/UX design or teaching are a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 years working in UI/UX design, including experience with major UI/UX tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
- **Teaching Experience**: Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring UI/UX design principles to groups or individuals.
- **Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of UI/UX design concepts, principles, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, understandable way.
- Experience in delivering both online and in-person training.
- Passionate about design education and mentoring learners.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
