1. Drawings Coordination
- Understanding the flow of designs and follow up with consultants
- Checking various drawings and coordinate all the drawings before issuing to site
- Regularly tracking drawings and follow up for the delivery shortfalls
- Explain the design intent to site people

2. Design Review & DBR's
- Collection of DBR's and designs, check them with industry standards and explain to

management
- Exploring various other options, and identifying the other alternatives available
- Value engineering - by increasing the design efficiency.
- Suggestions for alternative cost effective and durable materials, methods and schemes

followed in the industry
- Review of the design's and highlight the deviations from initial concept
- Write up's of each design proposed; alternatives discussed and reason for adopting a

particular scheme.

3. Documentation Control
- Filing various correspondences
- Tracking inter department communication
- Maintain the drawing registers and drawings

4. Planning
- Preparing the monthly deliveries received and requirements for next month
- Preparation of monthly design requirements & tracking and submission of a report

5. Project Execution
- Checking the design intent is followed at site
- Checking the drawings used by site teams, with latest revised drawings
- Recording the deviations from GFC's and documenting
- Collection of superseded drawings, and filing them

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
