Seeking marketing expert who understands social media platforms and works on both online and offline branding.

Experience level: 4-6 years

**About the Role**:
You are responsible for the branding and promoting the image of the organisation both online and offline.

**What Would You Do At ALTRES?**:

- Coordinate with HR, Admin Team, and Employees to plan for content.
- End to End social media management i.e., planning, content curation, scheduling the post, tracking/analysis the success of the post.
- Write articles for social media as and when needed.
- Managing the social media posting for all channels - InstagraM/Facebook / LinkedIn.
- Capture the company event and publish it into the social media with creative story on a timely basis.
- Create various newsletters for internal audience as well as recruitment/marketing purposes.
- Create the Quarterly organisation newsletter.
- Identify avenues to increase brand awareness online as well as offline.
- Manage the corporate events as and when needed at internal and external forums.

**What Do You Need For The Job?**:

- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, web traffic and Google Analytics.
- Hands on experience in content management.
- Excellent knowledge social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and others.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels.
- Experience in creating social media strategies and offline marketing & branding strategies and execution.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Ability to understand the voice of the organization and deliver the suitable content for each social media platform.
- Understanding of graphic design principles.
- Ability to use and create post on Canva could be an add-on.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
