**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **ATM Machine Operator** to join our team in Mumbai. The operator will be responsible for replenishing cash in ATMs, ensuring secure and accurate handling of currency, and performing basic maintenance and reporting tasks. This is a field-based role requiring daily travel to various ATM locations across the city.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Replenish cash in ATMs across designated routes within Mumbai city.
- Follow strict cash handling and security protocols during transit and replenishment.
- Accurately count, verify, and load cash cassettes in ATM machines.
- Maintain records of cash loaded, receipts, and transaction logs.
- Report machine issues or cash discrepancies to the supervisor or technical team.
- Coordinate with the route leader or control center for daily schedules.
- Perform basic ATM maintenance (e.g., paper roll replacement, visual checks).
- Ensure the safety and confidentiality of all financial and customer information.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
- Prior experience in ATM operations, banking, or cash handling is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of ATM functions and troubleshooting.
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork and traveling across Mumbai.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Physically fit to carry and handle cash cassettes.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including weekends/holidays, if required).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with Mumbai city routes and locations.
- Familiar with Cash denominations/notes calculations
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer or mobile app usage (for logging updates, using GPS, etc.).

- NOC from local police station
- Two resident neighbor references, along with their Aadhaar cards and consent, are required. OR area municipal servant consent.
- Permanent & Temporary Resident proof.
- Aadhaar & Pan Card
