**Position Overview**:
As a Cinematographer/DOP, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality visuals that align with the brand’s vision and deliver compelling stories. Working closely with the creative team, you’ll manage all aspects of shooting, from lighting and composition to camera operation and technical direction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Creative Direction & Visual Storytelling**:

- Collaborate with directors and creative leads to develop visual concepts and storyboards for various video projects.
- Design visually compelling scenes, focusing on lighting, framing, and camera angles to enhance storytelling.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Operate cameras, lighting, and other equipment during shoots to capture high-quality footage.
- Set up and manage technical aspects of the shoot, including shot composition, lighting design, and sound requirements.
- Maintain and ensure the functionality and safety of all shooting equipment.

**On-Set Management**:

- Coordinate with crew members and assist with directing talent to achieve the desired visual outcome.
- Manage on-set activities to ensure smooth production, including troubleshooting any technical issues.

**Post-Production Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the post-production team to ensure consistency in color grading, effects, and final output quality.
- Provide input on the editing process to ensure the final product aligns with the intended vision.

**Creative Innovation**:

- Stay updated on trends in cinematography, equipment, and techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to each project.
- Experiment with new styles, techniques, and formats to enhance visual storytelling.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in cinematography or as a DOP, preferably within a digital marketing or creative agency environment.
- Proficiency with professional cameras, lighting equipment, and sound setup.
- Strong understanding of composition, color grading, lighting, and technical equipment operation.
- Ability to translate a creative vision into high-quality visuals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to tight deadlines.
