A leading BPO hiring QA / Call Auditor
Shift - Night Shift only (eg: 8:30pm to 5:30 am) / North America
Work days - 6 days working, Monday to Saturday. Fixed week off on Sundays.
QA (Quality Analyst)-4 Head count.
Education -Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience - MINIMUM 1 year experience as QA in international BPO for calls and/or chat.
Language - Moderate to expert communication skills and command over the English language.
Salary - MINIMUM 1 years experience as QA upto 3.84LPA
2-4 years experience 4.20LPA
