**Role Description**

**Qualifications**
- Experience in immigration and visa consulting
- Online / Offline Knowledge of Visa Application.
- Efficient in Visa Processing.
- Send the Files of Clients to Embassy.
- Respond to Client queries through Calls / Chat and E-mails.
- Handle Customer Queries in Timely.
- Shall Handle all countries Visa enquiries in persons / mails and advice regarding required.
- Documentations and Submission for all types of Visa.
- Also Maintain proper record of submission collection of Visa Including Visa Fee and service charges.
- Shall maintain cordial relation with Customers, Visa Service Agency Consulate offices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Well versed with Visa Documentation and Procedures / On Line / Manual Visa Application submission to Consulate or through VFS regarding all types of Visas for Various Countries.
- Good with Computer Skills.

**Experience Required**

1 - 4 Years in Visa Processing

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
