Artificial Intelligence Educator

The Artificial Intelligence Educator will design, develop, and deliver AI-related courses and training sessions. This role involves teaching students from school level to working professionals, ensuring strong conceptual understanding, and guiding them in practical AI projects. The educator will also stay updated with the latest AI trends and incorporate them into the curriculum.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and practical sessions on AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and related topics.
- Develop comprehensive course materials, assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Teach foundational concepts (Python programming, data handling, algorithms) as well as advanced AI topics (deep learning, NLP, computer vision, generative AI).
- Guide students in implementing AI models and completing real-world projects.
- Continuously update the curriculum in line with industry developments and emerging AI technologies.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions, tests, and performance reviews for students.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to learners interested in AI fields.
- Collaborate with the academic and management team to improve training quality.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields. (PhD is a plus but not mandatory.)
- Strong knowledge of AI concepts, machine learning algorithms, Python programming, and related tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Punjabi/Hindi knowledge preferred for local engagement).
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is an advantage.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners of varied backgrounds.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (Google AI Platform, AWS SageMaker, Azure AI).
- Familiarity with AI ethics, bias, and responsible AI practices.
