**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter & Programmer with 5 to 12 years of experience in operating and programming CNC machines, particularly CNC VTL (Vertical Turning Lathe), Horizontal Turning Centers, and other related machinery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up, program, and operate CNC VTL, Horizontal Turning Centers, and other related machinery.
- Modify and optimize Fanuc programs for improved machine performance and efficiency.
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments on CNC machines.
- Troubleshoot and maintain CNC machines to ensure proper functionality.
- Ensure production processes meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain detailed records of machine operations, setup, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address issues and enhance workflows.
- Provide support for machine calibration and setup of new products.
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks on produced components.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **5 to 12 years** of experience as a CNC Setter & Programmer with a strong background in CNC VTL, Horizontal Turning Centers, and other related machines.
- Proficient in **Fanuc** programming, machine setup, and operation.
- Hands-on experience with CNC machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Solid knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, and material handling.
- Good understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions on the spot.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with a variety of CNC machines such as **Doosan**, **Puma**, **Honor**, **Sirmu**, and **Kaast VTL** machines.
- Additional certifications in CNC programming or machine operation (e.g., **CIP Yellow Belt**, **Non-Destructive Testing Level 2**).
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to suggest and implement process improvements for productivity and cost-efficiency.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- **Diploma** or **ITI certification** in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
- **CNC Programming Certification** from a recognized institution (e.g., Government Polytechnic College).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
