A picker packer, also known as an order picker or order fulfillment associate, selects and packs items from a warehouse to fulfill customer orders. Responsibilities
- Pick items from shelves based on orders
- Pack items into boxes for shipment
- Count and record stock levels
- Restock shelves
- Track and document shipment arrival and departure times
- Monitor product quality
- Ensure packages are properly packaged and sealed
- Meet the specifics of customer orders in a timely manner

Skills and qualities
- Strong reading and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet production quota
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to lift up to 40 or 50 lbs
- Work on their feet
- Adapt to changing environments
- Have a strong work ethic

Pay: ₹10,032.62 - ₹15,000.02 per month
