Spa Trainer

Heaven Holistic Wellness has operates and created India’s one of the most luxurious spa & salon chains, a premium range of Beauty & skin products with exclusive rights to operate Brands like Spa by Fragruance, Heaven Holistic Spa & Fragruance.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Conduct training for groups of new therapists.
- Visit Spa Outlets to conduct Training/Audit Spa Practices by Therapists.
- Look after recruiting and bring new Spa Therapists on board.
- Schedule and coordinate applicant interviews with the appropriate hiring manager and/or interviewer.
- Ensure company grooming standards are communicated effectively to all new employees.
- Conduct new hire orientation training.
- Assist with the design and development of spa therapist training programs.
- Order and manage inventory of training materials and supplies. Prepare for training classes.
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- Assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Perform all other related duties assigned by the Management
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexible shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 2 years (required)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
