Perform routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and equipment to identify needed repairs
- Repair or replace damaged furniture, fixtures, and appliances in guest rooms and public areas
- Maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems throughout the hotel
- Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance, including after-hours emergencies
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and appearance of hotel grounds and exterior features such as swimming pools and parking lots
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance projects
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and supplies used, and prepare reports as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including use of protective equipment and proper disposal of hazardous materials
- Participate in regular training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry standards and equipment advancements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
