**Site Supervisor - Civil**

Our **Engineering Division** is a recognised leader in South Kerala, delivering specialised solutions in **construction, structural rehabilitation, epoxy flooring, grouting, and waterproofing**, with projects successfully executed across the state.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers for efficient workflow.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.
- Maintain site records, daily reports, and documentation.
- Assist in material planning and resource management at the site.
- Provide regular updates to project managers and management.
- Qualification**:ITI / Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering**.
- 1-5 years of experience in site supervision (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
- Sound understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks on-site.
