Job Description
As a Solution Architect, you will be instrumental in helping the organization acquire new customers, thereby contributing to business growth. You will be responsible for supporting sales with right solutions and write compelling proposals. You will be expected to create solutions that accurately address customer needs and are in line with the latest trends in the learning industry. You will also be responsible for building new and innovative learning models, technologies, products and frameworks that help our customers achieve success.

**Responsibilities**:
**Solution Design**
- Translate the business requirement into the corresponding learning requirement, whether explicitly stated by the client or inferred through perceived learning gaps.
- Envisage optimal learning solutions that not only provide practicable and sustainable knowledge and skill development, but also offers high return on training investment
- Interpret, implement, and articulate styles and standards related to instructional, linguistic, visual, and technical aspects of a learning solution
- Create POCs when required to demonstrate the feasibility/viability and practical potential of the proposed solution, generate stakeholder interest and consequent buy-in into the proposed solution

**Innovation & Product Management**
- Explore strategic frontier developments in the context of learning models, tools, development processes, and cognitive science
- Continuously ideate and innovate; build new and innovative models and frameworks based on research and deep thinking
- Establish outreach and partnerships with other organizations, institutions and knowledge providers (consultants, assessment providers, colleges and universities, etc.) when possible in order to expand the organization’s product portfolio
- Write white papers and blog articles that will offer significant value to practitioners and consumers of online education

**Minimum**:

- Any Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 5+ years’ experience in instructional designing, preferably for corporate / higher education verticals.
- High level of creativity and a flair for impactful visualization and articulation of concept-to-market ideas
- Coherent, concise and grammatically correct writing style
- Ability and skills to gather implicit and explicit customer requirements
- High attention-to-detail, ownership, and commitment
- Experience working with global and culturally diverse teams
- Software Proficiency: MS Office (Word, Power-Point, Excel)

**Desired**:

- Background in Instructional Design/marketing/advertising
- Ability to self-manage multiple development projects and deadlines
- Experience with Project planning and costing
- Software knowledge: Adobe e-Learning Suite Programs (Captivate, Photoshop, Flash)
