**About us**:
**At its heart, Probo is an opinion trading platform** building prediction markets for India. On Probo, users can find questions on many topics of their interest, like sports, news, finance and many more. Users can **_swipe yes or no _**to express their opinion and place trade(s), and by doing so they enter into an event contract with another user on the other side of the trade. Probo is a matching engine that enables the execution of this event contract. Each trade is INR 10, and at the end of the event contract, the user with the correct opinion wins the quantum at stake.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our marketing team. The professional will assist in designing content for various marketing channels, including social media, performance marketing campaigns, and internal communications. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your design skills in a professional setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for social media platforms, including Youtube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Assist in the development of visual assets for internal use, including presentations, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to improve marketing efforts.
- Receive and incorporate feedback from senior designers and marketing team members to refine and perfect designs.
- Maintain organised files and archives of design projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferably an agency background with 1-2 years of proven experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) Figma and other graphic design softwares.
- Knowledge of animation and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take 100% ownership.
