**About Us**:
Our **E-commerce** team plays a crucial role in driving our online presence and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing across online platforms (Amazon, eBay, etc.).
- Oversee the end-to-end order process, including order fulfillment, tracking, and resolving customer queries.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for replenishment.
- Analyze sales performance and generate regular reports to track key metrics.
- Ensure accurate categorization and SEO optimization for product listings to drive traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and discounts.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and platform updates.
- Manage Operations: Ensure product listings and inventory.
- Content Creation: Optimize product details for SEO.
- Customer Support: Handle inquiries and resolve issues.
- Order Processing: Track and fulfill orders efficiently.
- Website Optimization: Maintain user-friendly site performance.
- Marketing Support: Assist with campaigns to boost traffic.
- Data Analysis: Review trends for strategic decisions.
- Vendor Coordination: Ensure product restocking.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in e-commerce management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms like **Shopify, WooCommerce, Wordpress or marketplaces like Amazon and Ebay**.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools (e.g., **SEO, Google Analytics**).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of inventory management tools is a plus.
- Must have **Typing Speed 30 to 40 WPM**.
