**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research & Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients (homeowners, architects, builders, contractors) and market trends to target.
- **Client Acquisition**: Approach new clients via direct sales, networking, and presentations to introduce kitchen and wardrobe solutions.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets by promoting the company's products and services.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s offerings, including modular kitchens, wardrobe designs, and customization options.
- **Proposal & Quotation Management**: Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to the client’s specific needs.
- **Coordination with Design & Operations Teams**: Work closely with the design team to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
- **Follow-up & Negotiations**: Follow up with leads and negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals.
- **Market Feedback**: Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams about customer needs, challenges, and competitive trends.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, interior design, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role, ideally in the interior design or construction industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals.
- Basic knowledge of interior design, particularly in kitchen and wardrobe solutions, is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- **Personality Traits**: Energetic, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure with mínimal supervision.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹38,417.40 per month
